PARES&ALVAREZ ANNOUNCES JOINT VENTURE WITH U.S. BASED PEGASUSTSI, STRENGTHENING ITS EXPANSION IN NORTH AMERICA

The new company, SynertekPPA, will integrate capabilities to deliver global engineering solutions across the mining, energy, chemicals, fertilizers, and industrial sectors.

Pares&Alvarez, a Chilean engineering firm with more than three decades of experience, has announced the formation of a strategic joint venture with U.S.-based PegasusTSI. The newly created company, SynertekPPA, will combine the technical strengths of both organizations and reinforce their international presence, particularly in the North American market.
The partnership formalizes more than 20 years of successful collaboration between the two companies and establishes a unified project delivery organization focused on providing fully integrated engineering solutions for the mining, industrial, chemicals, fertilizers, and energy sectors.
SynertekPPA will offer full lifecycle project services, including concept development, feasibility studies, detailed engineering, procurement support, construction management, and commissioning. The new organisation is supported by more than 1,100 professionals and has the capacity to deliver over two million engineering hours annually, maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, collaboration, and client success.
