In a scenario where integrity and transparency are more unavoidable priorities than ever, at PA Engineering we are proud to have implemented the Crime Prevention Model (MPD), an initiative that reflects our unwavering commitment to business ethics and corporate responsibility.

The adoption of our MPD not only responds to a prevailing need in the business environment but also reflects a deep conviction in the importance of building an organizational culture based on integrity and transparency. In a context where corruption continues to be a global challenge, it is crucial that companies take a proactive role in the prevention and detection of illicit conduct.

It is encouraging to see how Chile is positioning itself as a regional leader in the fight against corruption, as the latest report by the law firm Albagli Zaliasnik argues. The data reveals significant progress since 2020, with a substantial increase in citizen awareness of corruption-related trials and increased confidence in the effectiveness of the judicial system in prosecuting lawbreakers.

It is crucial to emphasize that the fight against corruption is not the exclusive task of government authorities but requires the commitment and collaboration of all actors in society. In this sense, we are convinced that corporate compliance is a key factor in this fight.

At PA Engineering, we take on this challenge with determination and dedication. Our commitment is not limited to complying with current laws and regulations, but goes further, towards building an organizational culture rooted in ethical values and principles of integrity.
