This year, PA Engineering celebrates 30 years since its foundation in the city of Concepci\u00f3n, by the hand of Jos\u00e9 Par\u00e9s and Javier \u00c1lvarez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This began with a group of no more than twenty engineers developing minor conceptual and basic engineering projects for the local industry in the VIII Region, evolved into a company with the capacity to deliver innovative and comprehensive solutions for large projects at a national and international level, incorporating our environmental management, consulting, engineering and project management. Currently, we are more than a thousand employees in our company, and we have offices in Concepci\u00f3n, Santiago, Lima (Peru) and Perth (Australia).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Our consulting management has its roots in that group of engineers who started it all three decades ago. The road to this point has been long, difficult, with a lot of learning and very rewarding. Undoubtedly, during our history, we have been overcoming a series of difficulties. On this path, what in my opinion characterizes us is the commitment to continuous improvement: the constant search to perfect each aspect of our work to be more attractive and competitive for our customers.  That perseverance over time is what has allowed us to grow to become a team of more than 180 professionals committed to excellence in Consulting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 In our beginnings, as management, we were only a few professionals in the mechanical, process, civil and electrical specialties. Today we have gone further, incorporating specialists in CAPEX, constructibility, BIM (Building Information Modeling) development, sustainability, etc. into the management. These new teams have made us a complete team, capable of offering a comprehensive service to our clients at all stages of project development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 The positive progress of our Consulting division and the company, in general, is not due to having discovered some magic formula that has made us something unique or special. I think our big differentiator lies in a combination of some talent, combined with a lot of effort and dedication. In addition to the above, we have formed a group with the ability to be self-critical and receptive to constructive criticism, whether from our own professionals, from other areas of the company, or from our clients. That is the secret: Take those criticisms and turn them into an opportunity for improvements for future projects. That permanent commitment of our team is what allows us to continue moving forward and will surely keep us at the forefront.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 For 2024, our challenges include consolidating our position in all areas of services and specialties. We must deepen our specialization in constructibility, geotechnics, among other disciplines. We must also continue to incorporate young talents, as well as new industry advisors who want to join this challenge of continuing to grow in capacity and new skills. With these goals clear and without giving up, we will remain on the path of sustainable growth.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
