The recognition was awarded as part of the Best Labour Practices Programme, an initiative led in partnership with Fundaci\u00f3n Chile, aimed at promoting high standards in workforce development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This recognition follows a process that included collaborative working sessions with various organisations, as well as a comprehensive evaluation carried out throughout 2025. The assessment involved evidence gathering, process reviews, and employee interviews, validating the consistency and effectiveness of the practices implemented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis recognition reflects not only our progress in technical excellence, but also in how we develop our people. We are building diverse, collaborative teams prepared to meet the challenges of the industry,\u201d said Pamela Moraga, Human Resources Manager at Pares&amp;Alvarez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the highlighted initiatives is the company\u2019s talent attraction and development model, which integrates continuous training, leadership development, and early engagement with young professionals.
